The police in maiduguri said a suicide bomber said "sai buhari" before detonating self killing five people with several injured in her wake. The police commissioner, Mr Remi opadokun disclosed this while adressing the media in maiduguri. The suicide bomber who reportedly said "sai buhari" while dancing and playing around the abattoir detonate himself when people have gathered around him, Mr opadokun said that the police made it there on time to evacuate the bodies of the dead and also moved the injured to the hospital.
